PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM -
On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that chikirpolo.com may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact chikirpolo.com at support@chikirpolo.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the chikirpolo.com regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email chikirpolo.com at support@chikirpolo.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from chikirpolo.com for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, chikirpolo.com does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that chikirpolo.com shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to chikirpolo.com shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to chikirpolo.com within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from chikirpolo.com.

Safe receipt of defective product by chikirpolo.com is sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED AS DEFECT
These pieces are a work of Indian Ethnic Handicraft. Any Irregularities in Weave, Dye, Print and Embroidery is a feature of Indian Ethnic Handicraft and is not to be treated as Defect

OBLIGATION OF chikirpolo.com -
chikirpolo.com shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

chikirpolo.com shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you.

chikirpolo.com shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever.

In the event of the error having occurred on the part of the chikirpolo.com, it shall still bear costs of alterations/modifications.

Notwithstanding the above, chikirpolo.com is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. chikirpolo.com shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.

PARTIAL REFUNDS -
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, chikirpolo.com in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, chikirpolo.com shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.

CREDIT ISSUES -
Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of chikirpolo.com processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER -
The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of chikirpolo.com are only approximate values.

While chikirpolo.com shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.
